With an academic foundation in Psychology & Commerce and ten years in advertising photography, Benjamin pursues commercial objectives through creativity. A perfectionist overseeing our multidisciplinary team, he delivers creative campaigns that drive meaningful results for our clients. Outside of werk, you'll find him doting on his three daughters and foraging for mushrooms.
Robbie Lawton

Robbie is an energetic, goal-smashing digital marketer pursuing results that matter most to our clients. A big-picture thinker, he nurtures holistic and effective multi-channel strategies that bring brands' marketing ecosystems together to drive business growth. He also loves a good burger, FYI.
Katherine Dewar
Creative Strategy Lead
Kat is the voice behind our work. With a rich background in comms, PR and marketing, Kat balances strategic vision with her signature creative touch. She’s our resident wordsmith who thrives on teasing the heart out of brands and telling a damn good story. Off the clock, she’s probably cooing at the nearest dog.
Ivan Breytenbach
Operations Manager
Drawing from two decades in advertising and communications, Ivan possesses a broad skillset in leadership, management, operations, and strategy – honed across global agencies and boutique firms. His prior Naval career also allows him to adeptly navigate challenges and drive solutions. On weekends, he manages technical and sound setups for his family's music gigs.
Shane Andrews
Head of Marketing
Shane specialises in delivering marketing strategies that help businesses achieve long-term goals. He is extremely competent at creating digital campaigns as well as utilising more traditional media to drive awareness and revenue. Shane has built and led multiple high-performing marketing teams and is a big believer in teamwork, sharing knowledge, and helping others.

Jack is a keen-eyed creative bridging a plethora of creative disciplines. From motion and illustration to branding and print design — Jack is a weapon on the tools, approaching every brief with a profoundly creative lens, eternal optimism and inclusive workflow. He is also our famously self-appointed ‘Rizz Dev’ Manager.

Meet Lucy, the powerhouse behind our creative endeavours. She's the organisational wizard who turns chaos into captivating content. With a passion for spreadsheets and schedules, she keeps our projects on track and within budget. From wrangling talent to scouting locations, Lucy handles it all with finesse, overseeing everything from social media content to large-scale productions.

With a love for numbers and data, Yash specialises in Digital Customer Journey. He loves to help out brands by improving user experience, conversion rate and campaign performance. With his engineering and marketing background, he is a jack of all trades. Away from work, you'll find him looking for a good beer.

From media buying and planning to creative execution and automation, Bre brings a unique blend of data-driven and creative skills to the table. With a passion for event marketing, Bre translates the client’s needs into best-practice delivery. Outside of work Bre is a performing DJ, loves hitting the gym and regularly attends a range of live music events.

Having completed her Bachelor of Communications with a focus on digital marketing Madi has brought fresh energy and consumer insights to both organic social and paid campaigns. Her strong appreciation for culture and fashion, combined with an astute eye for detail, makes Madi a source of insight and perfectionism that keeps campaigns moving with ease.

Videographer & Editor
Josiah is a photographer and filmmaker with a twist. After initially training in Commerce and Law, his long-held artistic inclination saw him pivot to film and photography, where he discovered his love of visual storytelling. Whether it’s directing or shooting, Josiah brings a creative flair and an eye for detail to every project.
Samara Brain
Junior Designer
In her final year at Victoria University of Wellington, Samara is pursuing a Bachelor of Design majoring in Communication and Interaction Design – satisfying her passion for blending creativity and functionality. Outside of her work and studies you can find her jamming out to her favourite tunes or fully absorbed in a sudoku puzzle (she can also do a perfect cartwheel!).
Madeline Mangos

Madeline is currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Design degree majoring in Visual Communication Design with Honours. With a passion for all mediums, whether digital or physical, Madeline is particularly passionate about illustration and abstract painting. Madeline enjoys the finer things; watering her houseplants, charcuterie boards and sunset picnics.

Aimee is our newest marketing junior. Armed with a fresh new degree in Marketing Communications and Media Studies, Aimee’s expertise in consumer behaviour enables her to craft engaging campaigns that drive tangible results for our clients. When she’s not crunching the numbers, you will find Aimee painting or having a good boogie with her mates.
